Delivery Time

Products ordered through the BUX online store are delivered on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

Within City: Orders are generally delivered within 2–3 working days.

City to City: Orders delivered to other cities generally take 4–5 working days.

Delivery time starts once your order has been confirmed by our customer service team.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond BUX or our courier partners’ control, including delays caused by the recipient, public authorities, customs, strikes, transportation disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe mentioned above.
